Ourvoice allows you to send sms or voice calls by period or campaign.
How to get your campaign list
- 2 - You will see the list of campaigns and statuses.
- 3 - You have the possibility to import or export your campaigns
How to create a campaign
- 1 - Click on the "Create a campaign" button
- 2 - Fill in the boxes with the detailed information of the new campaign, i.e. name, group, campaign frequency, campaign type, start date and time, end date and time and then the message where the choice depends on the type of campaign chosen.
- 3 - When you are done, click the "Save" button
- 4 - You will receive a notification "The campaign was added successfully"
How to edit a campaign
- 1 - To edit the name of a saved campaign, click on the "More" icon represented by three horizontal dots
- 4 - When done, click on the "Save" button
- 5 - You will receive a notification "The campaign has been successfully modified"
How to get an overview of your campaigns
- 1 - To preview a saved campaign, click on the "More" icon represented by three horizontal dots
- 2 - Select "View details"
- 3 - You will see details of sent messages and their status.
How to delete a campaign
- 1 - To delete a saved campaign, select the campaign you want to delete and click on the "More" icon represented by three horizontal dots
- 2 - And then click "Delete"
- 3 - You will receive a confirmation notification asking you to confirm your request. Click the "Delete" button to continue
- 4 - After clicking "Delete", the campaign will be deleted and you will receive a notification saying "The campaign has been successfully deleted"
