Ourvoice allows you to have an overview and know the status of your voice messages.
How to get an overview of the voice calls
- 1 - Go to "Vocals" in the menu of your dashboard of Ourvoice
- 3 - Once clicked, you will see the list of voice messages and status.
- 4 - You have the possibility to filter by status and to do so, click on the filter icon and choose the status.
How to remove a voice
- 1 - To delete a recorded voice, select the voice you wish to delete and click on the "Plus" icon represented by three horizontal dots
- 2 - And then click on "Delete".
- 3 - You will receive a confirmation notification asking you to confirm your request. Click on the "Delete" button to continue
- 4 - After clicking on "Delete", the voice will be deleted and you will receive a notification stating "Voice has been successfully deleted".
