To send SMS messages on Ourvoice, you need to have a Sender ID. To do this, follow the steps below:
How to get a sender ID
- 2 - Go to "SMS" in the menu of your dashboard of Ourvoice
- 3 - Select "Sender" from the drop-down menu and then click the "New" button
- 4 - Fill out the form by entering the sender name you want and add a description then press "Save".
- Note: - The verification of your Sender ID takes between 24 and 72 hours
